Event description
Tragedy has struck the MetalliKO iron and steel works: a burnout of the tuyere device caused a discharge of smelting products into the foundry yard, leading to localized fires. Seven people were killed. The initial cause was an attack by hackers who took control of the furnace and turned off the cooling system. Due to the incident, work at the plant was stopped completely.
State F has lost its leading position in the export of iron and steel; economists are calculating the losses.
Consequences
1. Damage to company property
2. Enterprise closure

A cyberattack has caused confirmed physical damage for the second time ever
Hackers had struck an unnamed steel mill in Germany. They did so by manipulating and disrupting control systems to such a degree that a blast furnace could not be properly shut down, resulting in "massive"—though unspecified—damage.
